Tax Deduction Receipt and Information

The Kidney Clothes Program currently mails approximately 198,000 notification cards every 5-6 weeks, servicing all Oahu zip codes.

The program is easy:

• Simply place your donation curbside by 8:00 am on pick up day.

• The pick up day is printed on the front side of the card in red.

• Mark your boxes/bags NKFH or place the yellow card on the donations and it will be picked up by 3pm that afternoon.

Special Instructions:

• Do you live in an Apartment?

• Do you live in a Townhouse?

• Do you live in a Gated Community?

• Do you want to place your donation in a location other than curbside?

• Is the date on your card past?
